Some of the tools are the same I noticed but if you flatten them with a hammer or pull them apart will some pliers they are a whole new tool! I can't wait to get back into my studio and try them out.

   This clay tool set has lots of items for the price. I will tell you that the tools are not as sharp as the famous brand clay tools, but for the polymer clay I am using it is perfect. You might even be able to sharpen these if you are using pottery clay, as I would need them sharper for that too. Haven't tried but haven't needed to. Good quality for a low price

   I got these after spending 6 months using "shareable" tools in the pottery studio where I take classes. A lot of those tools are really great quality, but sometimes disappear. I decided to go ahead and get my own set of tools and this was a really great collection of a lot of the tools I regularly used. There are a few specific tools (smaller sgraffito tools, for example) I would like, but for the money I paid, the number of tools I received which I use all the time now, this is totally worth it.

   My sister and I decided to try our hands at sculpting for the first time, and this set worked just fine for us! We each found tools that we ended up using throughout the whole project, and I feel like it had mostly everything we could have wanted.The only thing I wish we had was a piece with a ball on the end to smooth out the irises of the eyes once I cut those out.We were working with WED clay which is very soft, and I'll say that if we were working with harder clay, some of these tools MIGHT have been a bit flimsy or broken on that. But for our purposes, everything has worked well so far. Overall I'd order this again.
