   I have tried Fitbit, and a couple of other off-brands. This watch is the Best. With the Zepp app on my phone, I have more than enough information for everything. There is a stopwatch at the press of a button. The Sleep app tells me everything (including a Sleep Score) down to the minute in 4 different color bands throughout the night (Deep Sleep, REM, Light Sleep, Awake). The Steps are accurate and if you start it on your phone it before you start, it will show your exact route; same with running and biking. There is a watch face app for everyone--mine shows weather, steps, time, heart rate, and battery level. The battery is great; every three or four days I charge it, when I'm in the shower (they don't recommend wearing it in a hot shower or jacuzzi). I will probably be buying another one of these watches for my brother for Christmas. Highly recommend it, well-made, worth the money.
