   After suffering from neck pain for about a year I saw a chiropracter and was taking prescribion medications to help ease my pain. Nothing seemed to help. After only 5 minutes on this pillow I could feel the tension fading away it was such an amazing stretch. I order two so I can keep one at work. This pillow keeps me from the chiropractor and ou t of physical therapy. I try and laybon it for about 5 minutea a day. My pain has been minimium now.

   I received this on January 24, 2023 and have been using it daily with success. 26 days in I am still only able to use it for a total of 8 minutes without pain. In the beginning I could only tolerate 5 minutes now up to 8 minutes, progress for me may not be the same for you. I sleep with less shoulder pain overall. My goal is to use it for longer each day with a maximum of 30 minutes. I am happy with my purchase it came undamaged and quickly.

   I always would get pain in my neck sitting in front of the computer and back in October I must've done something lifting weights because my lower neck into my trap area would just be so annoying with nagging pain. I had seen a video using a towel to do neck traction, which felt pretty good. I've been sore neck comics on Amazon, but the reviews for injury with the strap snapping and hitting you in the eye was ridiculous. Then I saw this product with such highly rated reviews so I figured I would try it. I am absolutely amazed after one use my neck pain is basically gone.    I have a herniated C5-C6. I've experienced pain from it since I was a kid. Seriously. They told me I can have surgery, but given my "young" (I'm 40) age they suggested PT first. While PT was great, I'm always looking for something to help with pain relief that is as hands off as I cam get. I bought this sort of on a whim after sitting on my wish list for months. At first, I didn't bother to read the directions and I thought, welp, that was a waste of money. Read the directions like a good girl, laid down with my arms and hands in the correct position and within seconds I could feel it. The area I always ask my partner to "pound as hard as you can" began to feel less tense. I imagined silly putty, being rubbed in between two hands, warming and gently melting. The whole area "between my angel wings" as I say, melted like hot putty. The relief lasted for HOURS. I can only imagine how it will feel after weeks of steady use. Buy it. Now. And you too can experience the sensation of your back muscles melting out.

When I showed it to my current chiropractor he laughed & told me his father has an archaic version & showed me this one on Amazon. I bought it immediately. So glad I did! MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE.    I never review anything, and I should because I rely on reviews to buy. I have/had severe neck pain for years. Also have a hump on my neck/back. Went to neuroligist and physical therapy. Also relying on ibuprophen and a tens unit, as suggested by my therapist. Nothing really made it better. Saw this and decided I had nothing to loose. Honestly, this has changed my life! My neck pain is not completely gone, but in my world it is 100% better and I have noticed my hump is going down. I do it while lying on my bed. I've tried it on the floor and it puts to much pressure on my neck. Been doing it for five minutes every night. Not saying this will work for everyone but it has for me!
