   I love this and wish you could use as pillow but you can't. It says to only use twice a day for 30mins. It helps relieve stress as well stretches the neck. I have some serious messed up neck and spine. This I hope will help me get more mobility in my neck. I highly recommend made with really nice quality materials. If you know someone suffering from neck issues or injuries, please be kind and give this as a gift you don't know how much that may mean to them.    I used to wake up with a headache almost daily from neck tension. I've tried everything. Cervical pillows didn't do anything, and heat packs only gave temporary relief. The only thing that helped was medications or chiropractic visits. Neither of those things were sustainable for long term use.

   I have terrible neck pain and posture due to my work from home job. I have an expensive ergo chair, sit and stand desk, but inevitably find my posture suffers because I always tend to lean forward regardless. Pair this with a multiple monitor setup and it takes a toll on my neck. I looked at multiple options including an inflatable traction device but felt a gravity device would be less painful. This device is simple to use, line up the base to the top of your shoulders and slowly relax your neck. It takes me a few minutes to reach full relaxation and feel gravity take hold. The device is firm but has just enough play in it to make it forgiving. If you're looking for something to pop your neck, this isn't it, but prolonged use has help restore some mobility, I especially noticed when I tried to turn my head in my car. After a few weeks of daily use for 5-10 minutes, I feel a massive improvement.

   I bought this because I started to wonder if I have TMJ and if that is part of headaches, ear pain and jaw tightness I get. The first time I laid on it I noticed my sinuses feel like they were being affected by it. I regularly go to the chiropractor to help with all of those things but lately my neck had always been so tight that he wasn't able to get things to align right so I stopped going and started using this.    The traction device has two ways to use it. I started with the light traction side and used for 15 minutes at a time, 2 X day. My pain in my cervical spine and right shoulder/upper back muscles were greatly relieved after use. I wasn't able to turn my neck to the right without muscle pulling and after use I had increased range and turned without pain. There may be some soreness after use as realignment takes place, I take some acetaminophen and use the heating pad with great results. I have documented arthritic changes in my neck which cause muscles on each side of my upper back to interchangeably tighten. I've also tried a neck hammock but appreciate the results of this device. I've just started using this and will continue with the goal to realign, reduce pain and increase neck mobility. Pleased with results.

   I broke my neck about 12 years ago, my c-7 vertebrae. Ever since, I have been hanging my head off the edge of my bed to stretch it and to pop it due to discomfort, going to chiropractors etc etc, also I had a big knot around the area of my neck that you could clearly see was sticking out more than normal possibly due to callus build up. I thought I would give this a try and after 2 days, all pain...GONE..the lump on my neck....GONE... I feel AMAZING!!! I have never felt this good since I broke my neck and all thanks to this little funny shaped thing! lol Crazy to me how much it has helped me!!!
