If the unit is on auto ,say it warms up during the day and does not run , it will not auto turn back on.You have to push the temp buttons to restart it.

   All heaters this size and ugly and noisy. There cheep and have those ugly turn dials that you never know the temperature set point. Very basic, ugly, ang noisy due to imbalanced fans. But this heater is very quiet and eligant looking. Has a beautiful digital display which I love. The smooth and good looking touch panel that is impossible to use in the dark but that's perfectly fine. It's very well made and very good looking. I don't use the isolation feature but it's a good feature and nice to have if needed. Perfect for bed side use.

   This heater was purchased because I was looking for an as quiet as possible fan forced air circulating heater to provide a more even heat in my camp trailer. It fits the bill nearly perfectly. Good even heat, low noise, and detects blocked flow and out shuts off for safety. My only quibble is that their website states it runs at 40 dB sound level, my own tests with a sound meter show it to run slightly higher in to the 45+ dB range, but still fairly quiet and if you are able to set it out of direct ear line of sight it's very easy to sleep while it is running.

The electronic touch controls work very well and the heat output is outstanding. The interesting thing I noticed about this heater is it goes through a 30 second cooling off cycle before shutting off.

It can either be made to oscillate (swivel back and forth) while it heats or point in a single direction. You can set the temperature and whether it is in an "eco" mode, "lo" or "hi heat" mode. You can also set a timer on it so that it shuts off after a settable amount of time so that you don't forget it and leave it on.I've been using every day it to heat an unheated basement room where I have my "office" and it brings the room up to temperature pretty quickly

I also have a cat door on the room so several strays that I feed can also use the room in bad weather.The heater is very easy to set to a temperature and time. It will run for 24 hrs. UNLESS YOU SET A DIFFERENT TIME TO STOP. 24 hrs worked perfectly for me. I was also delighted to find my electric bill did not increase as much as I feared! And my plants did very well and the cat's water never froze! I would reccomend this heater highly!

   I purchased this heater for my 34' travel trailer. It works really well and can actually heat the entire RV if the temperature is 40 degrees or above. I just have to make sure all of the doors are open inside the RV and turn on the oscillation mode on the heater. The heater had a nice digital thermostat which is easy to use and set. The buttons and construction of the heater are made very well and the customer service at Dreo is very good. I highly recommend this small space heater. Do not let the smaller size fool you. It's a full 1,500 watts and the heat output is wonderful.
