I’ve had cervical neck problems for years. It has been very difficult to find a pillow that would provide the proper support for my neck so I could get a good nights sleep. The one I was using was ok but I still had pain. I saw this pillow and after reading the reviews, good and bad, I thought what the heck, give it a try! I am so glad I did. I no longer wake up during the night with pinched nerve pain or numb hands/fingers. The only thing I couldn’t figure out initially was how to sleep on the pillow. After a couple of nights experimenting, I figured out what works for me. I position the pillow with the flat side down and the higher peaks on either side of my neck. Works very well for me. I don’t regret my purchase!

I decided to try this pillow because it offered support that other pillows couldn't. I slept well with this pillow. I still have occasional neck pain, except it's not as frequent or bad as before. I have had problems finding a good one as I am a side sleeper, and even stacking two pillows doesn't feel suitable for my shoulder and neck. This felt much better as it had a specific side of the pillow that was raised higher but then had an indent for your head, so your neck isn't cranked up.

It comes vacuum packed and rolled up. Once you cut the bag it opens up and the pillow fills in. It looks a bit odd but it seems to work well. I threw a pillow case on it and handed it over. He has been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and he hasnt had a migraine yet. He did have a slight headache a couple days ago but nothing like he had is the past. His neck is also feeling better. Im not sure what magic is in these pillows but it seems to work.
