   I actually used this as a birth stool for my homebirth. It's padded really well and has grips to hold onto. I felt super sturdy on it as well.. it literally has suction cups at the bottom so it doesn't move around. It helps progress transition a lot and engage baby in a good spot with the opening and a support person or midwife can easily see what's going on below. Anyways I highly recommend! I'll use it for its “intended” purpose of yoga and core strengthening after I've recovered from my birth.

   Just got this yesterday. I am a 53 year old MS patient who had hand surgery in the past and I have 3 disks in my neck that need to be replaced. This portable little yoga chair works on my initial try. Used against a wall in my carpeted room. Got up to head stand for 5 seconds. Came down. Rested and got up for the full 1 minute start time for day that is suggested. I also did one 10 second plank. I think this will be a welcome little fold up work out chair since I am stuck indoors because of the pandemic. No gym for me so this helps. Will update in a few weeks. Definitely recommend.

   It takes a minute (or less) to figure out how to set it up and a bit longer for lowering it into its compact state as the instructions for that are non-existent. I like that it can fold down, as that makes it easier to transport and put away. Very sturdy and the cups on the bottom do not allow it to slip at all. The padding is firm but not too thick. The hand bars are placed in the perfect spot for support or just to give the hands a place to rest. It allows for concentration on the abs and legs rather than being concerned about neck and arms. No bars cross on or near the face when in the proper position on the equipment, unlike others I saw that were less money. It's worth the extra money to me to have no bars near my head or on my face when I'm in position. Solid piece of equipment for getting vertical alignment to better headstands and handstands as well as adding a new dimension to core workouts.

   I had to come back to the to figure out how to put it together because the package did not include instructions. It's really sturdy and has a lot of uses besides just yoga head stand bench. For example, you can use it to do Bulgarian split squats with ease. The middle cushion is very sturdy and I was actually able to use as a stool for other exercise gear or just to sit for a sec. it also came in the mail a little early even though I ordered right after the Holidays. Only took around 15-30 minutes to assemble and comes with the tool to tighten bolts.
