   This bra is soooo comfortable, especially on my back. (I have scoliosis and other bras tend to cause pressure in the wrong place.) Love the hook and eye adjusters for the shoulder strap. This allows you to find the right fit, and it doesn't slide and change on you. Love it so much I JUST ORDERED 2 MORE! The only negative was the amount of time it took to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

   This bra does help remind us to pull our shoulders back instead of slumping. As we age we tend to relax a bit too much, causing back problems from poor posture. Things I dislike about this bra is that it smashes you flat which is unflattering. Also I really hate the 8 eyes you have to hook in front. Couldn't see over boobs to do so had hubby attach. It was difficult even for him. I will probably use it more around the house to remind me to stand straight.

But I really needed a posture bra that did not have a seam across the cup. Posture bras are great to smooth out flabby backs!! But I have some blouses where I needed a smooth and lined cup. These bras are very soft and very comfortable!!! And MOST important.... true to size!!!

   I bought the 36 band size first after reading reviews that these run small. Nope, they don't, at least in my size! The 34 band and my normal cup size fit perfectly. In fact, I wish it went a hair tighter since it fit me best with the bra clasped on the tightest setting. In terms of the efficacy, it does help to support your back. I do wish the arms were actually a little more restricted to keep your shoulders from coming forward similar to some finishing the posture supports that clasp under the bra line.

And yes....i did need the slight padding for structure and it made a big difference even being a double d myself I looked so great in it. I looked smaller....separated...everything...and everyone in their right places! It felt so soft too and so feminine. Not the sports bras I was always stuck wearing!
