   Very satisfied with overall quality and performance of this vest. It's exactly what I was hoping for in doing squats and deadlifts (etc) at home. I found that using these in combination with heavy elastic bands (see the "gonex" bands) and dumbells, I can get some pretty good resistance while still being able to get the vest on without killing myself.

   I'm beyond impressed with how well this vest fit, make sure that you adjust both the shoulder straps and the vest strap so it fits you because that will make a huge difference. When you get the vest fitted right it stays in place no matter what you do, both for running, lifting, handstand push-ups etc. It's literally so comfortable and the plates are made in a special way so they will fit your body better. I'm so amazed, happy and excited about this vest and I'll use it for all my training. If you want a weight vest, this is definitely the vest you should buy. The mesh sides come in two lengths so it is one size fits all, but it takes some adjusting to find the sweet spot. Patches are removable and my vest came with 2 8.75 pound weight plates. It fits very close to the body which I like as it doesn�t sag when doing burpees or bounce around when running. The construction quality is solid and the included plates are well thought out with how they are curved. I have a plate carrier and it�s awful to wear The Northgym vest, on the other hand, is very comfortable.

   I have been using this for quite some time and for now it looks like a very durable product and exactly what I was looking for in a weighted vest! I wish the market allowed for weighted vests to be cheaper but it is what it is. I was looking at other rogue products as well and do think this one is quite comparable. The side pocket is genius!
