It has helped him to stay in one place easier - as before he would sometimes run from the driver to the passenger.    Love that the gray matches my gray leather seats. There is a strap to hold this bed securely in place if your console flips open, unfortunately mine slides so I attached the straps under my seatbelt. The bed is well padded giving your pet a comfy ride. Being a 8 week old puppy, Beau naturally peed in his bed. Once we got home I threw the removable pillow from the bed and washed it.    Highly recommend this for smaller dogs. He can look out the window and see everything! It's also comfortable enough where he can go to sleep for long car rides (I added a soft blanket for him). My ONLY small complaint is that it tends to lean forward a bit. But maybe that's just how the console of my car is. Other than that it still works for me and my pup.
