   I love this sweeper. It picks most everything up on a flat surface, and does nearly as well on a flat rug. I purchased this originally to pick up the dog food pebbles that gather around the dog food dish. My corded vacuum for hardwood floors did not do well picking up the pebbles, but the swivel sweeper gathers them all. I do use it often for short spurts, so I need to charge it a couple times a week. It doesn't last more than 2 to 3 years with daily use, but I then order another. I did try a replacement battery, but it had less power and did not last 6 months. I highly recommend this purchase.

   I live with a cat and a dog, I do have a vacuum cleaner that is made for pet hair and dander, but if you have pets you know that everywhere they go fur will be found,and everytime a cat use the litter box,despite mats,covers and whatnots, there will be few tiny rocks around. This sweeper solve the problem in minutes, no more having to get out the big vacuum twice a day.

   I love how light this sweeper this sweeper is. I use it mainly in our sunroom where our guinea pig cage is. It picks up the hay and other supstances our piggie kicks out of his cage as well as any dirt, salt dragged in by my household as it is the main enterance we use. I also have used it on our hard floor ands and tiles kitchen. It works very well picking up all dirt and items. When I use it on the living room it’s low profile goes under our couch and dinning table without moving chairs. The swivel is such a great feature. Between the size swivel and low profile it can go anywhere.

   This little sweeper has powerful brushes for picking up lint, dust, cereal, and other scraps off bare floors. It will also do for a quick cleanup of lint off the top of a low-pile rug. This is the best one I've ever used; however, it doesn't work well for picking up dog hair. It tends to just blow the hair around rather than sweep it up. If you don't have pet hair to contend with, this is a great sweeper for your bare floors. It's also easy to recharge the battery for the next cleanup. I highly recommend this cleaner.

   This is my third swivel sweeper since they first came out many years ago. This isn't my third due to the fact that swivel sweeper breaks easily, instead it is due to constant use. As someone with a majority of hardwood and ceramic tile floors in my house and a cat, I find this to be a neccessity to keep my house clean. The swivel sweeper quickly and easily cleans up cat hair, crumbs, grass, and pretty much any non liquid that you might get on your floors. While I don't tend to use it on our couple carpeted areas, I have and find it to work well there too. On carpets you don't get that deep clean that you get with a dyson or comperable product, but in a pinch it does work. I love the new removable brushes for quicker hair removal and clean up. I used to get annoyed having to use the hair remover to pull the hair off of the old ones, so this is a great new feature.

I have long, fine hair that permanently clogs vacuums and is difficult to sweep. This product picks up all my hair. It is also very easy to remove my hair from the product due to the dettachable pieces. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has trouble cleaning up hair in small areas. However, I wouldn't throw out your vacuum and broom. The dust reservoir is so small, I have to empty it halfway through cleaning the floor in my room. I don't think it's meant to clean the whole house in one fell swoop.

   Think of this as the old manual Bissel carpet sweeper. Not a vacuum. You don’t have to get good traction to the wheels since the rollers are battery powered. Even sweeps the top of deep thick carpets. Very light and easy to sweep up the bits the dog drags through the door. Those who have never used a carpet sweeper will not know how to properly use it and will hate it. Too much pressure results in a waste of time. Used properly it is very fast and effective for surface dirt, and the battery charge lasts a long time. I use it for less than a minute per use.
