   I have to be honest and say there is not all that much you can say about a product like this but it is a unique tool for my kitchen and we can see all kinds of things we can use it for that we have never tried. First of all it is high quality, non-stick (which will be nice when chopping peppers/mushrooms) it is sharp but not so sharp you are going to do major damage to yourself if you get a wee bit careless. The handle is non-slip which I REALLY appreciate and should be a requirement for such tools. The things you can do are just limited by you own imagination and creativity so I am give this 5 Stars for performance, value, perfect weight and overall exceptional tool for the kitchen.
