   I seldom leave reviews but this sofa/chair tray is amazing. I was concerned that it wouldn't be level enough to hold a drink glass or be sturdy enough. It is very sturdy and stays right where I put it on the wide arm of my recliner. There are no tables near my recliner so I find this to be extremely useful for holding my craft items and drinks. The clasp works great and is very tight and would fit almost any size sofa or chair arm. I recommend this sofa (recliner) tray to anyone who wants have a handy place to set items when seated. It's GREAT!

   Purchased this for my 50 year old mother . She loves her Netflix time . I hated watching her sit there with a side chair to hold her drink and phone . This clipped wonderfully to her couch . We have two different couch makes in the living room and it clips to both just fine . it's sturdy . Holds her tablet / phone when she switches out . Can hold drinks . She also puts her Bible and study books on it from time to time . Does not fall or slip.

   This sofa armrest tray is exactly what we needed. We had an end table next to the couch that the toddlers would get on top of, and then crawl over the armrest of the couch. I could tell them multiple times a day, but something about it was just too compelling for them. With this tray, I was able to delete the end table all together. The walkway is now larger and the kids don't climb over the armrest.It has been a lot easier to find the remote control because this has sort of become the default place to leave it.The tablet/phone holder feature is more useful than I thought it would be. Definitely worth installing that part if you ask me.The springs that hold the tray “legs” down are strong, but not too strong. I don't feel like they are permanently leaving a mark on the armrest, but it does have firm grip. One of my legs had the grip material was glued slightly off to the side and it is visible. Not bothersome to me, but you can see in the photos that one side was glued better than the other.This tray was such an instant hit in our home that I will be buying more for ourselves and as gifts.

   Very useful product. Big enough to keep you remote, a cup and small plate on while watching TV. There is a lip that surrounds the edge of the table the prevents things from falling off or if you happen to have a small spill, from the liquid running all over the place. The spring loaded clamping is strong and holds to various width armrests securely. Mine are on the narrower size so the ends of the legs press into and leave small impressions in the material. To remedy this, I've just put some felt pads to make a flatter contact with the side of the armrest. Although it included device hold can hold my phone and table, I haven't really used it.If I had to make two suggestions to improve the product, I would say that at the ends of the clamping legs, there should be moveable feet that can sit flat against the side the arm rest to prevent damage. Pretty common on webcams to increase stability and to prevent scratching on the back of you monitor. The other would be to include a plug that matches the color and finish of the table to put into the hole if you don't want to use the device holder. The tray/table works perfectly fine without these, but it would just take the product to the next level.

   This tray is amazing! I got it for my husband since we don't have a side table on his side and he loves it! At first i was not really that sure about it cause of the price but it exceeded my expectations, I shopped around a little, and chose this one because the price was the best and it looked good in the photos, also because it didn't say anything about the smell which i noticed everyone was complaining about in other ones, I was worried that the low price would be reflected in the quality but I didn't need to worry. The quality seems to be really great, IT'S REALLY STURDY! the size is good, actually big for what I expected and it came packaged really good, i am so happy that i got it! Is just a really great durable looking tray table.

   The top and bottom of my phone case (Otterbox) is wider than the sides. So the phone won't fit vertically into the device holder but it fits just fine horizontally. While it would be nice to be able to use it either way, I'm OK with it only working horizontally.I bought two different bamboo couch arm tables, both on sale, to compare. The other one had extra long "arms" to hold the table in place (but didn't have a device holder). Since my recliner love seat has large cushioned arms, the legs on this one doesn't reach far enough to grip the actual couch sides. So it's not quite as sturdy as the other one. However, it still stays in place and is workable. I do like that this one has the device holder.If you lengthen the legs and make the device holder slightly bigger to accommodate phone cases, it would be perfect. As it is, I would still recommend this product. Pleased with my purchase.

You kind of “clip” them on the arm of your chair. They're very functional and you can adjust it be level for beverages. They seem like they will be durable.
