   I bought this for my husband because under my kitchen sink our kitchen guy left a huge opening behind pipes. How in the world can he fix this (the large opening allows in bitter cold air and I'm afraid a creepy mouse might perhaps come through it!) I saw this gadget and think it will definitely make the job easy now (no excuses) to create a template around the pipes, cut out a thin piece of wood and close up that large opening.

I have a construction background, so I am able to scribe and precision cut pretty well, but this speeds things up greatly. It game pre-adjusted and seems sturdy. No complaints, I'll update if needed.

It comes very delicate, so the locking level was appreciated. I have not had to use provided wrench to change tightness. I have used for all sorts of projects around the house, mainly for tight or unique spaces. Highly recommended!

   Just finished retiling my fireplace with rought cut stone veener tiling. Needed something to be able to cut my baseboard to match the uneven texture of the stone. It was the last part needed to finish of my living room remodel. As soon as it arrived, I put it to work, and it did a fine job. My only concern is the very small allen wrench needed to tighten the fins. On board storage would be nice so it doesn't get lost in my shed disaster.

I told my daughter n laws father about this device and he admitted he had one and used it when he had tougher angles to measure and wanted to speed up his job.
