   I was in need of a ring light and didn't want to spend a whole lot of money one. I use my smartphone for my pictures so this works perfectly. It clipped well to my phone without blocking the cameras or scratching the screen. It even has a USB charger so I can charge it via my alarm clock or computer.

   We got 2 of these. The battery lasts long enough for a typical FaceTime or zoom, but you can use a longer standard usb to micro-usb to keep it plugged in if you want to, but we never do. The charging cord it comes with is very short, it's no big deal. We use with a MacBook pro and set the ring over the camera so the light is very even, the camera "shoots" through the ring. We set it to a warm white. We'll probably use these in the summer as a light on our deck umbrella over the table, we'll play with it when it gets warm. Well worth it, a good purchase.
