You can scroll through and block them at your convenience. We have had the machine for a month or so and have blocked several calls. I love this machine and with space to block an additional 2000 calls it will serve us for a long time. You can look at the screen and immediately see how many calls you have blocked. The only down side is that so many people do not list their company or name, only numbers or Town as caller id. For instance, delivery people and even some of our doctors offices will call without any identifying identification. We would not even know it was them until our answering machine picked up and they started talking! Then we had to grab the phone quick to answer. So to sum it up, I love the peace and quiet!
