This item solved the problem better than the ace bandage without the discomfort. It fits well, doesn't move around, and is easy to put on. It could use a little more adjustment as my head is a little smaller than this is made for, and when I tighten the top velcro the item contacts the bottom of my ears. Overall, a great product and it is priced right.
