   I bought my lock a while ago and finally changed my front door to accommodate the lock but had a small issue with the locking mechanism. I sent a ticket to customer service and they were amazing in diagnosing the issue and sending out the replacement part along with instructions to fix. The lock is working as intended now but I would like to highlight the amazing customer service.

   I mounted it on a PVC door, with some adaptation, but the result was worth it. I thought it would be more complicated to install it, but with a few tweaks on the frame, a little paint and a screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the lock more than enough. To complete the installation and about 10 more minutes to download the APP, add the lock and be able to open and close with your mobile phone, with the card (3 cards come) or with sequences of numbers that you invent!!!! Much easier than I thought.

   The installation was very easy. Since the lock is adjustable both internally and externally, there is not much you can do wrong. At least door leaf thickness + door fitting should be considered. The included key chips also work without any problems after setup. However, only use them as a replacement. I ordered round key chips (13.56 MHz) from another company. It was easy to read and add.

   Well-made lock that finally solves the problem of keys, everyone has their own code or alternatively it is controlled from the App. This new model (I replaced the old one from 3 years ago) seems more resistant to me in the keyboard part. It is a bit expensive but I am satisfied with its function, I hope it lasts a little longer than the other although I must say that we use it a lot.
