   I bought this because I could not find the one I had already for a year or so, and I'm so glad I did! The difference is this one has a little bit of stretch so you can wear it while doing housework etc and it won't hurt. The other brand I had did not stretch so my shoulders would feel pain if I was moving around too much. Not sure about longevity as I've only used a few times
