The owner of the company also sent out a personal email in regards to replacing any pieces that may go missing, along with a PDF attachment on how to play and of course much needed strategy moves. Great for the kid I puchased this for. He recenlty started playing chess for the middle school chess club and really appreciated getting this information, being new to the game. I never had a company send out such a nice gesture. I would highly recommend this for the chess player in your life.

   I purchased this chess board because I wanted something I could easily transport with out having to have a box for the board, a box for the pieces and worry about being damaged. This chess board is perfect. It's just the right size to where it's not too small, and not to big to be a hassle to move around. When you unfold the board, the surface is perfectly flat, no bump or buldge at the hinge. This is the perfect board if you want something quick and easy, without spending a fortune and not have to worry about being so careful with so you don't damage it like some of the more expensive boards on Amazon.
   The description of it and the questions that have been answered discribe it perfectly. On top of being extremely satisfied when it arrived. I received an email from the company, asking my thoughts on it, thank me for my purchase and to let them know if pieces go missing and I need a replacement.
