Takes a few minutes at first to determine proper tension for the strap assembly, but after that is straight forward to use. With this brace, I can now climb stairs without concern; As stated in the instructions, please check with your physician about its use, but from a results standpoint I recommend it highly.

   I have been waiting for a new knee for over 2 years and I am a landscaper. The hinged knee brace has been allowing me to work and to walk with greatly reduced pain. My other knee is in rough shape as well and the stability that the brace is giving me is helping reduce the pain in my better knee.    Not built as good as the first one I bought a year ago but still a very good product for the price. The first one I bought a year ago and is standing up better than my knees, bought a second one for the other knee and if I had three knees, I would most likely buy a third. Year old brace still supports as new and I wear 4 days a week on the courts for 3-4 hours at a time. Yes I recommend this product.

   I got this after acl surgery, and I wear this each time I exercise. It gives me the support I need and eliminates any pains or weird feeling in my knee while I have it on. I'm even able to go on my knees with this for certain exercises, and it doesn't bother my knee at all. It has also allowed my to walk further and build up my endurance.
