   I have had it in my office for a few months now, and it always works. The eyes move, the tail wags. Some people think the eyes are unsettling, but I love it. Only downside- it clicks as the tail moves back and forth, but I don't mind. A well made product if you like clocks, cats or nostalgia.

   Have not had the problems some have noted about the tail not moving. It's been chugging along without help for weeks now. Time accuracy is ok like most of these types of clocks. They lose a minute or two a month. The plastic casing of the clock is thin but I can't think of any clock in this price range that would survive a drop unscathed. So if you're careful hanging it up, it's a cute little clock.

   We love this. Love the vintage look and it is charming with just enough tick tock noise from the eye wag and tail sway. It takes a minute to get use to the magnet and sometimes you have to restart the wag but it has nothing to do with the battery so always keeps correct time even if the tail and eyes stop. Some complain about price but I don't mind considering it is the original manufacturer and design and love helping a company here instead of something cheaper and outsourced.

   Initially, I purchased the smaller Kit Kat Klock in pink. I loved it so much that I decided to purchase the larger Kit Kat Klock in Ocean green. My kitchen decor is primarily pink and aqua, so these cuties blended in beautifully. They are slightly noisy, so I wouldn't recommend placing in a bedroom if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

   When you initially open the box, there is a thin about 1/2 inch piece of foam packing. I gently slid this foam from the bottom at the cat's feet and kept sliding until it did not show or hang out of the bottom. Now, the body of the clock was perfectly even with the head (1/2 inch) away from the wall. I attached the tail and low and behold, it worked. It has now been 48 hours and the time is correct and the tail and eyes have not stopped. I'm so pleased that a small piece of sponge, actually provided in the box, solved the problem of keeping the clock perfectly in position.

   After inserting the batteries and attaching the tail, I hung it in the same place as before...on my kitchen wall right to the side of my refrigerator. After 15 minutes, although the time was correct, the tail and eyes would stop. After nudging several times, I decided to read the current reviews. It seems like these new clocks have to be hung perfectly straight and about 1/2 inch away from the wall. So, I replaced the nail with a small sturdy screw, which held the clock in place and kept it 1/2 inch away from the wall. But, still the tail would stop.

   I had purchased this clock 6 years ago in black. From day one, I had no problems. Eyes and tail moved easily and it kept perfect time. Only had to change the batteries once a year. Well, my great nephew (age 7) was visiting and slammed my refrigerator door and boom, the clock fell off the wall and crash on the floor....was beyond repair. So, because I loved this clock and was so used to looking at it, I decided to buy the black glow clock.
