   The first time around, I wore the knee brace with the pads simultaneously, and it would slide. After watching the how-to wear video on the listing, I realized that first, I had to wear the four individual pads and then wrap the knee brace. This helped get a snug fit and prevent the brace from sliding down. The pull pins on the top and bottom of the brace also helped to customize the fit to my leg.

Locks on the sides unlock easily if bumped, so keep an eye on them especially if you aren't allowed much movement. I have worn for 5 weeks no problem, and will be weight bearing next week, and fully expect this brace to last through the next 2-3 months with no problems. Value-friendly option instead of purchasing through orthopedics.
