Not super sturdy. I would not use a camera on it. The legs are pop riveted on, so it's not going to hold a lot of weight and if you force anything on this tripod it will be the legs. The extensions and the shoe are actually very good. Even the phone mount seems substantial enough. but i would not put a lot of load on those legs.
