   My son works at UPS so when I saw this, I HAD to get it for his pupper!! Just look how cute our good boi looked on Halloween this year! He wore the costume for about 2 hours straight while we went trick or treating, and he was comfortable in it the entire time. The only negative was the box dragged on the ground a little while we walked, so after about an hour it fell off and we couldn't get it to fully stick back on the arms. Oh well, it was still a cute costume and we got sooooo many compliments from other trick or treaters!

   Item does not cover the whole body which I think is great. Only the chest and front two legs. Measure your dog around the body to choose the correct size. Mine was a bit big for my dog but I just tied it. Velcro is strong. To have the box you need scissors and some folding technique. I just used tape from the outside to secure box but you can most certainly use glue.

   My son is in the Navy and I wanted to do something special for him so we bought 2 of these costumes. Dress up the doggies and made a photo blanket for him which he absolutely LOVED.These are so cute. I did make a few adjustments to the costumes. I added Buttons on the backside as it kept coming undone, I shortened the red kerchief as it was covering too much of the front and I wanted to add a heat transfer that looked like a name tag to add his name to the costumes.

   This costume fit my 18 lb Cavapoo Lucy well. It is slightly too big around her chest but the next size down would have definitely been too tight. I went off other reviews to find a size which is why I am posting a review to help others. I had no problem with the box, but I decorate cakes and chocolates and am used to putting boxes together.
