   I always have super tight shoulders,upper back, neck area due to pushing on a screw gun all day and using mostly upper back muscles. Some days I'll be in so much agony. I've tried inversion tables. The hand held massager, rollers, going to the chiropractor once a week. Fixing posture. Some of it helped a little but not as instant as thing does. I use it for about 15 mins and have it dig into my knots. All of a sudden everything starts cracking and instant relief. Lower back helps but not as good as rhomboid shoulder neck area.

   Lately I have been feeling a neck pain primarily due to spending too much time in front of the computer. I needed something more than a heating pad to alleviate the pain. I acquired this Shiatsu massager based on the reviews and the overall cost. This massage also provides speed control, infrared heating option among others. The heating option is not very effective as you can hardly feel the heat. But the massager does provide relief and I use it several times a day. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. BTW, I also acquired an ergonomic office chair so my neck has back support.

   I am SO glad I took a chance and purchased this. I used it for about 15 minutes the first time, and my neck was looser than it had been in at least a year. I was actually able to turn my head like a normal person! It's super easy to use and was really reasonably priced for the quality. The heat setting takes it to the next level. It's brought more relief than I could have hoped for. You can use it on your neck, shoulders, back... and I even turned my head so that it worked out some jaw tension. 5 stars for sure.
