In the mornings, when suffering from a sluggish start, I lie in bed and use the belt for one 15-minute interval, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and ready to start my day. If I get an opportunity to use the belt for at least an hour a day, I feel triumphant, but life itself can get in the way, and unfortunately, I do not always get that hour. A wireless/rechargeable version would be ideal so you're not held hostage by an outlet, but the belt works, so it is worth the inconvenience. My waist is no where near where I want it to be, but I working on it, and the belt is helping.

Then I will wearing it when I brush my teeth and wash my face so on. I do have much healthier bowel movement after the first two days massage! And after two weeks,my waist is 1 size down at least! The only thing my husband was complaining about the sound is a little bit noisy when I turned on the most powerful button.Besides that, everything is fine! I suffer with uterine fibroids and sometimes I get stomach cramps (mild constipation) - this machine relieved my cramps. Not to mention that I needed to fit into a skirt for a special event, so using this machine nightly for 3 weeks helped make the skirt fit more comfortably. I'd say I lost about an inch, not around my tummy, but just under my bra strap. Remember to breath when you use the belt on the faster settings.
