   I have purchased many of these to use on my wife's feet. Up until this purchase I felt all were a waste of time and money. This one has three different heads that work well and it does a great job. The unit holds a charge long enough for a couple of sessions and that was a pleasant surprise. While not quiet enough to use while watching TV, just turn on subtitles and you can easily tackle the foot problem watching your favorite show. Save the hands, buy this tool. Your wife will love you and you will love this little jewel of a tool.

   So far, my hubby and I both love this thing. Glad to see they made a wet/dry version since we do this in the shower. I would imagine that using this dry would make a bit of a mess on your carpet or floor, so this is perfect. Plus, your feet are softer when wet with soap too. I bought the coarse replacement too which I haven't tried yet because this one seems to work well enough. I go barefoot all the time (hate shoes) and garden outdoors, so I've butchered my feet for MANY years! They are so tough, I can walk on our crushed shell pathway around our stepping stones in our garden area. My heels were so dry and cracked that I thought it was hopeless, but this thing has made them much better after just 3 uses. I should have taken before/after pics but didn't think of it. Who takes pics of their feet?? My husband won't go barefoot anywhere, so his feet are great (I call them wimpy feet) except for callouses he gets from playing tennis. He said this thing is better and much safer than the cutter thingy he was using which was too sharp and dangerous. I'm so glad they made this thing! It looks very well made and should last many years. Love the rechargeable thing too. Works just like our rechargeable toothbrushes with a separate charger base you can leave under your bathroom cabinet and take out only when you it to charge overnight. Love it!

   Ok most of us men don't really care if our feet are "pretty". Few us have ever had a manicure, let alone a pedicure. But we know ugly when we see it, and after my dogs have been stuffed inside a hot, moist pair of shoes for years they have developed into some pretty ugly feet. Thick skin on the heels and soles, calluses on the balls, cracked skin everywhere! Let me tell you, they were not pleasant to the eye. To the point of avoiding wearing flipflops even on the hottest day. We don't care if our feet aren't pretty, but we don't want them to be ugly either.
   So I got this machine, even though it seems to be only marketed to women, I thought, hey, men have feet too! When I got it out of the package, I immediately tried it on that big callus on the ball of my foot. Like magic, the callus began to smooth away and disappear! ( Do it outside or in the shower as skin dust will fly everywhere. ) Within five minutes, the one foot looked actually presentable. So I charged it up and went to work on the other foot, which took about five minutes again. It's nice to have normal looking feet and not be self conscious wearing flips or be barefoot out by the pool. I anticipate five to ten minutes a week with this thing will do the trick to smooth out and greatly improve the look of my feet. Get one of these things and take some pride in those puppies. Think of all they do for you. Time to give them a little TLC.
   Still new so I will have to get back to you on the dependability of this gizmo, but so far, I'm pleased!

   I had one of these that lasted for years. I used it weekly and I replaced it only after I dropped it and broke the attachment for the roller file. I replaced it with the cheaper version it was same brand but pink and half the cost.. well it didn't last 3 months and I bought this one again.. it works great. Well worth the money. Charge seems to last forever and works great wet or dry. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate that the roller refills have NOT changed over the years so I can still use them in my new one. I would caution to buy the real Amope not a fake knockoff.
