   I like the ease of use and camera. I needed a minute to get oriented. As others have said, the tip can come of but I was scrapping too hard. I panicked a little but used a second tool to pull that one out. At one point they both broke off but was far enough out for me to get it. I like the app and it was pretty fun but I also watch earwax removal videos. I have bought 3 more as gifts since mine.

   When it comes to a device like an ear wax cleaner, you want to have enough suction but not TOO much, which I believe this product delivers. It isn't meant to aggressively vacuum your ear canal, and any device that did would not be one I'd want to use.

   Amazing product! At first I was a little hesitant thinking that this would be a cheap one time (or couple times) use item. I have literally fallen in love with this! Those lonely nights sitting in bed are a thing of the past! Now when I have nothing to do, I bust this bad boy out and enjoy watching me take care of those filthy holes!    I purchased this for my husband as he had on before, but made as well. He loves it, as he has hearing aids and he produces alot of ear wax , which doesn't come out well with a q-tip. The ear vacuum pulls the wax out. Therefore doesn't clog his hearing aids.
