   These steps are great. My 15 year old Maltese was having trouble getting on and off the couch. Now he can do it himself again. He had an accident on one of the steps (starting to not hold his pee pee :-( very well) and I washed the pad. When I went to put it back on I dropped and broke a piece. (Had a senior moment myself). I contracted the seller and they quickly responded and promptly sent me a new piece with out any questions. Great customer service and a great product that helps my little senior. Thank you so much.

   Was a little hesitant towards buying this cause I only saw one single review about using these for a pet rabbit, took my chances and Im pleasantly surprised! These look really nice in a bedroom, theyre a good price, it isnt difficult for your bunny and theres a hideout that you could use for storage if you dont want to use it for that. These are overall extremely nice and I would recommend these stairs.

   I bought one of those overpriced ramps with the side rails because I was worried about safety and wanted a ramp for my lil guys instead of steps . It was the worst thing I have ever bought . the were scared of it .. it was smaller than pics made it out to be and safety rails were loose just sitting in holes . After a return I went with this product. You must have a really really really small dog to use the condo part but as far as steps they are Great if you are using for a sofa . My guys can fly up and down from the couch as fast as they could when they were young.

   I was looking for steps that did not require the use of a lot of off-gassing materials; steps that could be folded or stored easily; steps that were the right height with not-too-impossible steepness between steps, and steps that were not an eyesore to look at. These are great in all of those respects. They are particularly easy to fold and fold down while being incredibly sturdy! When I say "fold," in no way do I intend to suggest these are at all flimsy, unstable, or unreliable steps. They are sturdy enough that I can sit on them to pet/play with the cats. Also, the middle step creates a storage compartment, and the top step has an arched opening underneath and comes with a fluffy insert so the cats can go in and pretend to hide. :). I would totally buy these again.

   I made this purchase after looking at TONS of different stair setups for my 5- month old Yorkie puppy. I've never had a small dog before (my other dog is actually a Great Dane!), so I wasn't sure how tall, wide, or deep the stairs needed to be to help Bear get onto our bed. Based on reviews (and NOT wanting anything too bulky in the bedroom), I finally settled on this stair set. It's PERFECT! It's 2 steps (with storage under the first stair and a cozy little room under the second stair) and Bear has NO problem going from step to step or getting onto the bed. It is well-made with wooden lids as the steps, and then low profile carpet treads that velcro right on to give traction. It looks great (I got the gray one - very neutral.) and folds up/down super easily. The price is terrific and the product is absolutely worth it!! Highly recommend!

   Very impressed with both the look and quality of this item especially given the price. I have a 25 pound puggle mix and he is getting used to having this as a support to get on and off the bed. The steps are wide enough for him to feel comfortable going up and down, and the steps are very sturdy. It works perfectly with my decor and although he cant fit in the little dog house below, its great for storing his toys when not in use. Highly recommend. Easy to assemble, great service from the seller and came on time. Couldnt be more pleased! And I didnt have to spend an arm and a leg in comparison to some of the other similar products on line, and to be honest, this one was the most aesthetically pleasing anyway!

   bought for my pet rabbit so he could get onto my bed. He hasn't gotten comfortable enough with it to explore it yet (it was only assembled about half an hour ago) but the product is extremely sturdy and took less than 30 seconds to put together. Well worth the money!
