I have wanted a cotton candy machine for 40 years and finally bought one for my birthday. This has been one of the best appliances that I have purchased. I make CC at least 3 times a week. If any of my neighbors' kids come to visit them, they come to see me and I make them a CC and fresh popcorn. I was not the greatest at getting the hang of getting the cotton onto the cone, but it gets easier. Just be careful not to overfill it or put too large of crushed candy in the center. It will toss the candy pieces out of the machine.
