The antlers were easy to inflate with the pump that is included. They fit kid's heads with the straps that are on the antlers. You also inflate the rings, everything is included that you need. The object is someone wears the antlers and someone else tries to toss the rings on to the antlers he or she is wearing. So much fun, just read your instructions.
