I started doing my own dip powder nails since COVID, and I had originally bought a little cheap kiss nail drill to see if I really wanted/needed one.    The product itself has been amazing, I’ve been using for a year and then it suddenly stopped working and made an A2 error, so I looked at the reviews with this same error and contacted customer service warranty department, they shipped me a new hand piece and it worked fine, for a few months, but A2 error again, Kelly at customer service is shipping another one and should arrive within a few days! I’m very happy with this efile and the customer service has been so great that I’m happy to keep my efile and wait on another hand piece.
