During the night they are absorbent enough to where I don’t wake up with a wet shirt. They are also large enough to cover more than just the nipple which I like and the material isn’t itchy like other brands

   I had oversupply with my first child and these were a lifesaver (and clothing saver)! Pro tip: leave the backing on and just slip them into your nursing bra. They don't get crinkled up that way. I tried many other kinds and these were the softest and absorb a great deal. Once your supply regulates, you can use washable pads but these are great for traveling and I ALWAYS had a few extra in my purses, diaper bags, the car, etc.

   This is my go-to brand. I have used these since my first born almost 6 years ago. I originally started with the cloth (washable) breast pads and as a new mom had no idea about random letdowns. Honestly, I wore them only because I knew it was a thing but didn't know why. While in Costco the first week after my baby was born a strangers baby cried and my shirt was drenched. this is when I knew I needed something else. I tried these Lansinoh pads and they worked! Boy did they! They are so very absorbent. Be sure that when your sleeping and you fully soak one don't just throw it on the ground to toss into the garbage in the morning because you will forget you did that and seemingly step on it in the morning. That's a weird squish feeling, for sure.
