   I've been happy with this cat toy since it does hold their interest and if and when the feathers are torn off I'll put ribbons in place of them. It doesn't make a loud noise when it's moving which I think is a plus but more of a humming sound. I think any cat lover would be happy with this purchase for their fur babies.
