Easy to set up this feeder that you will love instantly, has both batteries and power adaptor , use both if you are living for a couple of days to be sure that ur cats are fed on time. Stunning design and not making much noise when dispenses the food! Cats weren't scared at first when food started fell out, maybe a lil surprised. Two way splitter is working just good and not jamming food. Be aware of adapter if you live not in USA, had to buy an adapter for Australian socket. That's all! I would definitely recommend it !

My large (10kg and overweight) rescue Bengal has figured out how to prod the feeder wheel to get extra nuggets of food which is an unfortunate letdown of this feeder. However he doesnt appear to be able to get significant amounts of food and the hopper is large enough to hold 7 days of food for 2 cats. I havent used the voice record feature but it seems like a nice touch

I love this feeder. My cats were constantly bugging me at 3:30 am - 4 am in the morning for food. Now, they have figured out that I don't control when they eat and rarely bug me. It's only been 5 days since they started using it. The first few times, yes they were nervous but once they realized what was going on, they just need to hear the sound of their kibble being dropped into the metal bowl and they run to it.
