   I spend a lot of time in front of the computer so my neck and shoulders were hurting so I bought it for posture correction. Wearing this brace really helped and I don't need it regularly now.Initially I needed someone to help me put this on. However I have 'discovered' a way by which I can put this ON by myself, without any help. Just keep the two sides strapped ON and wear it like a shirt from over your head. I guess people with Spondylitis or those who can not lift their shoulders over their head will not be able to wear it without help.
