   It was packaged well in a sturdy well put together box. I love the quick guide on the top. I followed it and turned it on. It tells you the temperature in reference to what you are using, they provide you with 3 spirals of PLA filament and a quick guide with a sheet for you to draw and practice. Not sure if it's for that Elbe cause it's melting but it thought I'd try it. It's comes out at a slow but steady pace so you shouldn't drag it . Sorry about the shakes hand. I was recording and doing jt from the phone camera lol it's easy to use and will be helpful for what I need it for . Which is filling in small imperfections my big 3D printer keeps doing . Would recommend for teens just make sure they understand it a little warm so be careful.

I was recently charged for the broken pen...because I didn't return it. If they would review the conversation they would see what Im saying is true...but now I'm stuck paying for two.
