   I am relatively new to making my own pasta, but I am glad I went with this model instead of some of the cheaper ones out there. It is simple to use, but has a great build quality. It is also nice that it comes with an attachment for cutting your dough into spaghetti or fettucine. Most of the other pasta machines I considered buying require you to buy all of the attachments separately. This machine works just like advertised, and I have made some tasty meals with it. The quality is outstanding. The only complaint I have about it is that the little metal chute that comes with it to help feed the dough into the machine comes off way too easily. It just kind of hangs onto the machine, and if the dough sticks to it at all, it will get pulled off and crash loudly to the counter or floor. Other than that, it's a great product and I recommend it.

   I've had one of these for over 12 years, which we originally got as a wedding gift. This machine changed how I viewed pasta as all of a sudden fresh pasta became easier than cooking it from a box and SO much better tasting! The quality is outstanding, build of all metal parts with excellent opposition of the various cutters. The gear mechanism is smooth and powerful for rolling even thicker doughs without difficulty. I bought a second one for my little sister recently, but my 12 year old frequently used one is still in pristine condition.

   I got this almost a year and a half ago and have used it to make pasta many times since then and it has performed admirably every time. I haven't had any issues with components breaking or rusting (no water ever). My only complaint is that when it was new, it put a little grease into the pasta for the first couple of batches. Highly recommended for your own cooking ambitions or as a gift for anyone who might enjoy the taste of fresh pasta

   We wanted to try our hand at pasta making, we have the kitchen aid and considered buying the pasta attachment but wasn't sure we'd enjoy pasta making enough to warrant the cost. This was the perfect solution and we love the little machine! we have made 2 batches of pasta so far and now have "pasta flour" on order to see if this will make a difference in flavor! This is absolutely perfect for creating pasta for a family, it's quick, easy, delicious and economical. The machine is well built, sturdy, and offers two types of pasta (fettucine and a thin spaghetti) without any additional attachments. I would highly recommend this to anyone that wants to try their hand at pasta making.( Just remember to make a little extra dough on the very first time as you need to throw away the first batch going thru the machine to ensure no foreign objects get into your pasta.) There's no going back to store bought pasta for us, this is too easy and delicious to settle for that any more!

   I love this product. Before receiving one of these pasta machines, I was wearing my arms out trying to roll out my pasta by hand. For thicker pasta, that is fine; but for thin pasta, this machine cannot be beat. I have seen some negative reviews, but most are due to one of three easily remedied problems. One is the dough sticking to the machine, especially in the thin spaghetti attachment. Don't forget to rub some flour or semolina on both sided of your pasta prior to running it through the machine. Another issue I have seen deals with the machine moving around. With trial and error, I found that by sticking the metal end of the handle into the eye of the bolt and tighten until you cannot easily move the machine. The last issue I have seen is that the handle falls out. Well, there is no real solution to this except pushing in slightly while rotating the handle. All and all, this machine is very high quality and should serve me well for a number of years.

   We made our first batch of homemade pasta with this and it was great. The second batch was even better though. The only issue is getting it to clamp onto the counter so it stays in place, but this seems to be a common problem with all of the pasta machines. I was in between buying this one & the Atlas. I got this one because the price was slightly lower and it came with better attachments. It comes with a spaghetti & fettuccine cutting attachment. You can vary the thickness by adjusting the space between the rollers. This lets you get the pasta exactly how you like it. Overall, it is very good quality and easy to use. I highly recommend it.
