   On initial try-on, I like this bra. It does help with posture without being painful, restrictive or fat-squishy (no bumps!). I weigh 175lbs and thought I was a XL , but they did not have a XL in my size. Turns out the XXL fits a lot better than any of my other bras. It looks really nice under my clothes, probably because it keeps me from slouching too much. We'll see how it wears. But if you tend to slouch like I do, you'll like the gentle back support. Definitely worth the try-on.

So I decided to order again and get one size smaller, perfect fit and amazingly comfortable would definitely suggest ordering this bra. Just be sure to measure yourself and then buy yhe size smaller.    I ordered this bra because I was having neck and shoulder pain. I suspected it was my posture. I have tried other posture bras that were completely uncomfortable. This bra is so comfortable I forget that I am even wearing it. It has helped resolve my neck and shoulder pain. It takes a little while getting used to adjusting so many clasps in the front, but once you do this bra is totally worth it if you are having any neck, shoulder or back pain. It provides support without being overly corrective and painful. I wear a 38C and ordered a 40C. If you would like it to fit a little tighter or you are afraid that it will eventually loosen up over time I would order your true size.

   I have rounded shoulders. When I'm crunched over my sewing machine, I get very achey. The back support from this bra minimizes this immensely…enough so that I will probably purchase another. Bra fit very well. Since they did not have xL cup available in this color. I ordered L cup size. It was a surprise because bra still fit well.

   It's a very comfortable bra if you're not interested in good support. The hooking in front feature is excellent for anyone with arm issues. It's not very flattering as it tends to flatten you out and doesn't give you a very good shape. It's really too bad because the concept of the support in the back was the reason I bought it.

I definitely recommend you go a cup size up and a 1 to 2 sizes larger in circumference, especially if u Are using this as a recuperative bra. For example I'm a 42E normally I went to 46g to start and it worked marvelous… I can't wear all daybut still doable for at least 4 to 5 hours a day without me wanting to die, I can finally have a little bit of out of the house time. From now on this will pretty much be the only Bra I wear

   I actually went back and bought a couple more after trying the first one. I have very bad mid back problems about where the normal bra strap would be on the spine. This helped relieve that pain tremendously! I did take off points for the elastic on the bottom edging being very stiff and “pokes” into the sternum in the front at the bottom of the front closures. But it is easy to put on and remove due to its design if you have upper and mid back pain. It also helps to relieve a lot of pain as well. So overall I would buy again. But it would be nice if they could fix the sharp pointy pokey elastic corners in the front bottom closure piece. I may end up sewing on some soft cloth over that area myself.
