   I went into this purchase pretty blind. I bought this for my son who is 6'3" and a D1 swimmer at Navy. Apparently they frequently use these vests to train in. I have been using it while he's home and it fits us equally well even thought I'm just 5'8". Comments about this not being adjustable are simply not true. It fits very well and is easy to run in (I've run 2 miles/day in it for the last 5 days). It's strangely comfortable and really levels up your run. It's well constructed and the excess strap is not a thing at all if you set it up correctly as you can see. in the pic. I love it and will probably buy myself one when my son goes back to school with this one. Highest rating.

I purchased the vest that came with 20 weights and you can adjust the number of weights and personalize the amount of weight you carry in your vest. Lastly, when I wear my vest I definitely sweat more and I know I'm burning more calories when I wear this vest. Thank you.

   I was a little nervous to get this, I wasnt sure what to expect having never heard of the brand. I am satisfied with the product, however. I use the vest for weighted calisthenics and I havent had a major problem. This boosted my endurance significantly, yielding ~double reps for non-weighted calisthenics after about a month of weighted training. It's also nice to have some extra resistance for leg training.

   I bought the 60 with shoulder pads. I've been looking for years, debating on spending hundreds on a weighted vest. Definitely jumped on this price. I'm 5'8, 150lbs female and this fits comfortably. The weights are extremely easy to slide in and out. I've seen reviews on other products that it's the biggest problem, so this made me happy. I've only used it for squats and working around the house so far.

It’s too easy to adjust the weight that works for you. For anything you value using this vest it’s great to invest in one.    I was skeptical and how this would feel or be constructed. I was surprised first of all how heavy it was, so definitely a good amount of weight, and also how strong the material is because you have to left up the vest and flop it around to place it over your head so it Has to support the weight. I have no concerns with the weights falling out, or the seams ripping and they have nice strong Velcro, and once I put it on it felt great. Very even distributed weight. I tried it on with 40 pounds and after I walked around for a while, I could tell a difference once I took it off. And I’m a big guy 6,1 and 240 pounds so it’s more than enough for me.

   I got the 60lbs vest and it's high quality and the stitching is superb! With the 60lbs you got these sand bag weights which are put together great which gives me no worries of it ever leaking. Both sides of the vest have a velcro area you can open up and remove the sand bags which weight 5lbs each 6 on each side so you can start out small and work your way up. I tried doing 60 right away and you can tell the difference in breathing its insane so I dropped to 20lbs and i'll gradually add more. I wear a Sauna top and sauna hat from Kutting Weight with it and i'm losing 1lb or more a day so far between the two walking 45 minutes - 1 hour twice a day. My only thing i'd say negative about it is when I walked for 20 minutes with 60lbs straight from the box it killed my shoulders i'd try the pads with it i'll be rigging my own shoulder pads with old shirts that don't fit haha
