   So far so good! We have a lot of trees and at least 4 squirrel nests in view, nest that were lined with the stuffing from my patio furniture cushions. We have tried everything to get rid of these little bastards and nothing worked. Sprays, fake owl, trapping (which we did trap over 30 and relocated them to a nice park in another town) but when a neighbors dog spent the night in our trap, we quit putting them out. I googled how to get rid of squirrels and read that the ultrasonic method had good results. I've been using it now for a couple weeks and haven't had any new wholes in my cushions. We still have squirrels but they are not coming near my deck where I placed this device. Our deck is covered so the device stays dry. Oh, and it does't bother my dog.

   My wife and I have a completely off grid cabin - nestled deep in the woods. With no electricity, plug in models are just not an option. Not only have these worked GREAT for us - they hold up great to extreme heat in the summer and extreme cold in the winter! We can leave these running 24 hours a day for 2+ months. Possibly longer, but we make it a habit to change the batteries every 2 months just to be sure. Our cabin used to be infested with mice and insects. We use 3 of these devices. One in the attic and two in the cabin and NEVER even have so much as a mice dropping when we come back. No more damage, no more infectious droppings, no more mess! As a bonus, no more spiders or beetles or any other bugs either! They really do work just as well as advertised!

   We had a squirrel with designs on the small attic space above one of our dormer windows, a space we can't access but pesky squirrels can. It was scratching around in there and driving us nuts. No amount of banging on the ceiling would drive the rodent away. I needed some way to get/keep the squirrel out while I gathered supplies to close off access points, and this gadget really did the trick. I put it up on the roof near one of the squirrels entry points and then waited. About 15 minutes later it was suspiciously quiet up there so I went back up on the roof to check and there was a pissed off squirrel at the peak of the roof, chattering its annoying little head off and glaring at me. It never came back, I sealed up the access points with hardware cloth, and that's all she wrote. I don't know if it was the randomly flashing light or the ultrasonic sounds but something about this device really bothered that squirrel, and for that I say "Thank you!"
