   I bought this for camping- we used a woven one last year which the kids loved but wasn’t as easy to set up and adjust. This one much more easily sets up and it super leight weight. I also like how the pouch it stores in is connected to the hammock so you’ll never lose it (important when you have lot of stuff scattered around a campground). It’s also nice because while you’re in the hammock, you can throw something small in there. Would definitely recommend.

   I randomly decided to buy a hammock cuz' I'm bad with these impulse buys and thought a hammock would be nice for our front lawn between the two trees, lol. Unfortunately the rope or whatever that came with it wasn't long enough to reach one end of the tree to the other... so I screwed up there. Luckily for me I just went and bought some random straps that they use for hiking and it said max weight 500lb so.. that was perfect for me. So I just tied it to the end of the strap that came with the hammock and problem solved. Now I'm chillaxin' in the hammock with my niece and she loves it. Very easy to install as well. ALSOOOOOO, do not undo the knot that's at the end of the strap... lmao, I accidentally did it cuz I thought I was spose to tie it up again somewhere.

   I really like my hammock. I'll stick it in my back pack with a couple beers, snacks, and a book and ride my mountain bike back in to some trails then set this up and enjoy nature. I've had mine a few years, and it has held up really well. My son took it to camp and was really rough on it and put a couple small holes in it, but it still works great. My wife got in to mountain biking now, too, so I got her one. She has yet to use hers, but the straps to hook it up to a tree are much more improved than my older one. I am 6'00" tall and 205 lbs, and this thing holds me up just fine and is plenty big enough to fit comfortably.

   I absolutely love my Hamic! I bought it because there is a park nearby my house that has a lot of trees and I wanted somewhere I could hang out with my girls on the weekends since our yard doesn’t have any trees. I can set it up in five minutes, and it holds plenty of weight. As long as I can put me and my baby in and kick the sides up with my legs and she doesn’t fall out. My oldest daughter loves showing it off to her friends at the park. It hooks onto even the smoothest of trees, and it holds without fear. The only problem is if the trees are too skinny or if they are too close together, you might run out of notches on the straps, but I have not ran into that problem so far.

   This hammock was the best thing I purchased all summer. The whole family has been enjoying it. I have taken several unplanned naps in it. It does take a while to figure out the right height so you are not sagging on the ground, but still low enough you can get in. Also it is made for 2, so if you lay in it alone, it does kind of engilf you. Love that the material is light weight and stays cool to the touch. It also dries very fast if a summer storm passes through. We added an outdoor pillow for extra comfort.

   I absolutely love this hammock. I have been wanting to purchase one for a long time and to be honest, I’ve been worried about the actual hanging from trees process. I am a nervous Nellie and was anxious about the hammock and trees actually being able to support me. I was also concerned about the set up. No worries at all with this one! I purchased the double just so that there was some flexibility. My kids like to snuggle with me and I thought I should have the bigger hammock. It is lightweight, fits easily into its self containing bag, and is very comfortable! It also stays clean! The straps go around the trees very easily and there are lots of options for how low you want it to the ground. Very easy to set up and teardown. I have spent many hours in my hammock this summer reading and catching a few zzz’s. It is lightweight and very comfortable even for the hottest of hot days. I highly recommend this product!

   I love how compact and portable this is. My mom brought one camping with us and my daughter was obsessed so we had to get one of our own. It's not like an open hammock, it will tend to fold up around your like a cocoon when you get inside it, which is kind nice on a bright sunny day it will block the sun from your eyes and allow you to take a nice nap. You can kind of push the sides down if you would prefer a view of your surroundings. I like how adjustable it is with the various notches to get the tension just right, you can make it very loose or very tight, whatever your preference, and you can just loop it around any two random trees that are about the right width apart.

   We loved this so much on our camping trip! It didn't take up much space to pack in our small truck camper, it has it's own storage bag attached to the hammock (which it all folds into so there aren't stray things to lose while it's up) and the way it straps to the trees could not be easier. There are many loops to adjust the distance between the two ends and this would work for trees that are pretty far apart. I found this especially handy when I first set it up - it was easy to keep adjusting it until it was perfect for us! We will use this in our yard as well and on boat trips where we run the boat up on the beach. We bought the double and it felt really sturdy despite it's very lightweight fabric. Our girls (6 and 9) played in it a lot and both my husband and I got into it and felt secure (though we never got in it together).

   Writing this review on the first day I got it, so far LOVE IT. Such a great price for its durability and comfort. I like the sturdy straps vs the usual role you normally see. Also- it’s HUGE. You can choose between large or small, I got the large for me and my boyfriend. I’m 5’1, he’s 5’8 It’s perfect and can fit larger people as well. I hung it on my balcony and it’s awesome for enjoying a cup of coffee, lounging, etc. I bought it for this quarantine so I could get a better feel for relaxing outside and now I never want to leave home. I truly appreciate the 1 year warranty card I received with it, let’s me know that Kootek stands behind their product in case of accidental damage, whatever. You even have the option of getting an extended warranty 18 months total if registered online.. so far I highly recommend!
