With a little practice, two or three photos, the light color and intensity needed can be found. We really like the shadow free face shots as well as the warm light that softens a close-up selfie. Really makes a difference in how photos come out and have used it for selfies as well and photographing artwork without producing the glare or light streaks caused by the cameras flash.    Really bright. I truly wasn't expecting that. All three colours are great. Charges quickly but the battery doesn't last very long. Light will dim gradually until it runs out. Good thing about this is if you are using it on a laptop you can just keep it plugged in to the USB. The clip is great and it doesnt damage the screen. Fits really well around the camera for your phone so it creates no shadows.

   I love this light! I work from home and on days that it’s overcast there is a dark shadow on my zoom calls. I also have a very dark complexion so that doesn’t help at all. I originally ordered a large ring light but I didn’t want to set up a tripod and don’t have a USB port on my Mac. This is perfect; it easily clips onto my laptop or cell phone and you click One switch to use. Super simple, great price point and very convenient.
