Over time, I have learned to appreciate it, the length is adjustable. You can use it for various positions of exercising. Very affordable and useful. Side note, the rubber does tend to smell a little due to stretching but honestly that is not a concern.

It's just not comfortable and the cables seem to catch and drag too much. This is simpler, weighs almost nothing, and slides under the couch. No, you can't do 1 million exercises, but you can do some simple things that will at least get you moving. I like it.

I thought that I had a great core until I realized how wrong I was; a friend of mine who DEFINITELY has a good strong ab core tried it out and was able to do several reps but affirmed that it was definitely giving her a good workout and was impressed by this simple little device.
