   It seems to be working well. We bought it to keep a raccoon off our covered boat ( it was going up under the cover ). We used a planter filled with pea gravel, then we just stuck it into the pot. It has been several weeks and the raccoon hasn't been back ( if it has it definitely didn't stay around )

My new irresponsible neighbors with 2 dogs moved in next to me, and since then I've been having dog poops in my front yard. I must say “Hoont is the real deal”. Of course he moved to another place but I assume he will eventually move away altogether. I can hear a clicking when I get close during the day so you know it is working and with solar recharging there is nothing to worry about. I have tried a few other ones, battery operated, but they did not work...

I think the problem is that they were either based on light or sound protection. This device is where we get a combo of sound and light flashes, which is really cool.
