The good - you can really feel the difference in how open your nasal passages get, its nice to not have to peel off a sticky breathing strip every morning, they're washable and reusable therefore better for the environment, they're small and super easy to use. The bad - the blue cones are a little rough in the sensitive nasal passage (but easy to get used to), and I think the magnets should be a little stronger. I think its good and I recommend to anyone who doesn't like sticking a breathing strip on their nose every night

My CPAP was super annoying, this is a dream in comparison. I have a Larger nose, but the nostril plugs are soft silicone and not abrasive...but might be too much for smaller nostrils. No size adjustments... For thr money it was worth it for me. Even when the battery dies, this still keeps nostrils open enough to work.
