   My snoring had been increasing for several months, keeping my wife awake; it got to the point where it was starting to wake me up, and leaving me fatigued during the day. I tried a couple of other items (chin straps, nasal strips), but little worked. I finally purchased this item, and I haven't have any snoring since. It takes two or three weeks to get used to the mouthpiece, but when you sleep throught the night, you'll be happy.

   I have spent the last few years buying every anti snoring device known to man so that I could actually get more than 3 hours of sleep per night due to my husbands snoring, from pillows to a sleep apnea machine ( neither were comfortable for my husband) and NOTHING has worked until I purchased this simple MOUTH GUARD! I really only bought it because it was so cheap and thought well what do I have to lose? IT WORKS SO GOOD!!!! My husband was actually QUIET, and COMFORTABLE!!! Im still in shock!

   This is my first review of a product after years of purchasing items on. I have purchased plenty of anti-snoring devices over the past couple years and none have worked. This immediately stopped me from snoring. I have a sleep tracking device and my data the next morning showed a significant improvement in my amount of restful sleep. It works, period. The science behind it is pretty simple. The mouthguard keeps your jaw in a more forward position which keeps your airway from closing while you sleep. I am a bit overweight and have obstructive sleep apnea. I refuse to get a CPAP. Now I don't need one. Sleeping with a mouthguard isn't the most comfortable thing in the world and takes a few nights getting used to. Still far better than being hooked up to a machine. The only other con is that when I wake up it takes my jaw an hour or so to readjust to normal position (because I slept with it in a forward position all night). This was mentioned in the instructions so I knew what to expect. I definitely recommend this for anyone who snores, or has a spouse who snores. Both myself and my wife are very happy now!

   My husband ordered this because his snoring is so bad that I cant sleep. The sound of him snoring away as Im trying to sleep has left me bitter and angry. After reaching my breaking point, he was banished to the couch. He had tried other anti-snoring devices such as breathe right strips, which were useless and a waste of money. One day I got a text notification that this device was on its way and once again Im irritated because I dont ever sleep and he is throwing more money at something that probably is not going to work. Well let me tell you that this thing is amazing. It. WORKS. The first night he used it; I slept ALL NIGHT! He woke up and said that he slept very well but did complain of his teeth hurting because of the mouth piece. He considered this a small price to pay for being able to sleep in our bed again. He has been using it for 2 months now and it has been wonderful and the tooth discomfort has diminished with time. No more snoring. None. I dont usually review products unless they are super bad or amazing. THIS product is AMAZING. If you snore and are killing your partner slowly by depriving them of sleep, then you need this. It will save your relationship and probably keep you from being kicked constantly by the person who hates your snoring. Buy this. You both need to get some sleep.

   Its only day 3 but it worked each and every night keeping my airway open, and my sleep has been snore-free. Im normally not a snorer, but since starting prescribed sleeping pills for insomnia, here we are. My husband is so relieved something is finally working! Ive tried breathe-strips and nasal passages openers, and am so happy I finally have found something that works, and at a completely reasonable price. My jaw is a little sore and Ive woken up in discomfort a couple times but I can already feel my jaw getting used to the new position its being held in, and the instructions said it would take up to a week. Bottom line, would totally recommend if you are striking out with other products.

   This does work for me. I cannot sleep on my back because when asleep my jaw relaxes it cuts off my breathing. I was using a CPAP because of my moderate sleep apnea but i hated it. This mouth device works by holding my mouth in its normal posistion. I did not jut my jaw forward as the directions say to do. The device is uncomfortable but so is the Cpap. It is harder to swallow with the mouth piece in but not impossible.
