   Within a few days of my father being discharged from hospital with severe dementia I was bombarded with constant questions about the time, day, month etc. Standing this clock on the kitchen table where he eats has stopped all those questions and he often looks at it. It is a large, clear display but he still needs it to be close to him as he has poor eyesight. He does occasionally pick it up and seems intrigued by the wire coming out of the back. A great product that has already proved to be very useful for several months.

   I think the 'mobile phone' generation or computer users takes for granted access to digital calendars. My 95 year old grandmother has not got access to any form of digital revolution and strangely her TV doesn't actually show the date/day on the normal channel 'up next' view. With the current pandemic she has really struggled to know from one day to the next where in the month she is. We also got some bad news at the end of last week that she is diagnosed with 'Mixed Dementia' and is in general getting more confused.

   This clock is the best clock I have in the house and I have a clock in every room, I have this in my bedroom and this is the best display I have ever seen most digital clocks shine so bright I have to squint to view them but whilst this is great in both bright daylight and total darkness without having to squint to view it in the night, I have always had problems with sleeping and only get a couple of spells of 1 to 2 hour's a night with this clock I do not find myself getting up at stupid o'clock in the morning due to not reading the clock correctly now I can always see the time and can stay in bed to around 5 or 6 in the morning and don't find myself sat in the front room with my breakfast at 03.00 like I have in the past.
