I bought this to clean my CPAP tubing, mask, water tank & my homemade, t-shirt material mask-covers. By getting soapy water inside the tubing, adding that and all other parts to the iSonic PB4860A Plastic Basket for Ultrasonic Cleaner P4860, which I've set inside my dish basin, I can get them all clean without having to reach into corners of everything. I use hot water, and the Ultrasonic cleaner heats the water even more (but not so much that it would harm the items being washed). I usually run it twice (two 10-minute sessions). Then I drain and rinse each part.

The sound waves eliminate having to scrub and even gets rid of dried-on eggs and oatmeal. We haven't tried it on other things but I'm guessing it would be great to clean paint brushes and rollers. A great alternative to hand scrubbing or a kitchen remodel.
